Food preservation in jars is an simple method to avoid your food getting spoild. This method is used for warm food, like sauces, jams, cooked veggies, beans, etc.
- Make sure you have clean, cleaned-out jars and a clean workspace.
- Pour (or scoop) the jars full of the freshly prepared food
- Clean the edges (with vinegar)
- Put the lid on the jar
- Turn the jar upside down to cool
